In addition to founding member of the Firm, Mr. Bauman is a Public Defender, a Prosecutor for the Township of Union, NJ, and a South Orange Municipal Prosecutor. Mr. Bauman has served as the Court Guardian of the person and property of more than 300 plus individuals since 1993. He is an active member of the New Jersey Bar and has extensive experience in Wills, Trusts and Estates.

Ms. Quinn specializes in wills, estates, guardianships, family law, representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, workers’ compensation, civil litigation, and municipal court matters. She is an active member of the New Jersey Bar and has served for two consecutive terms on the Fee Arbitration Committee of the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics. She has also developed legal seminars and classes for individuals who are not legal professionals.

After over 25 years in financial services providing portfolio trading solutions to the world’s largest Institutional Funds and Pension Plans, Mr. Young has come full circle and returned to the practice of law where he specializes in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Guardianships, LLC formation, Civil and Family law matters. He is a member of both the New Jersey and New York Bars. His previous legal experience included working for both large and small New Jersey based law firms after having served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Andrew P. Napolitano.
